Diane Thompson, Board Chair and Chief Executive Officer. Diane helps develop and implement policies and procedures that contribute to company goals. She ensures accurate reporting and efficient operations management; interacts with industry participants and regulators, and negotiates company operating agreements. She is responsible for strategic growth and diversification opportunities.
Andrew W. Busch, Vice President-Operations, has been with NFC since 1991. Andy manages the Company’s Grand Junction office and oversees producing operations, certain drilling and completion activities, and regulatory compliance.
